Food and Beverage Manager
The Fox Hill Club is hiring for a Food & Beverage Manager. The position of Food & Beverage Manager is an management level position that manages all food-related areas including the Kitchen, Restaurant, Members Pub, Events, Cabana and On-Course Services and will be guided by the Club’s Mission Statement.

The position requires an experienced person who can provide leadership and work collaboratively with the Head Chef, Events Coordinator and Restaurant Manager to deliver Club experiences that exceed the expectations of Club members and guests and to ensure a successful and profitable outcome for ownership. The F&B Director must be able to work long hours and weekends.
We are looking for a dedicated, creative food and beverage manager to join our team. The responsibilities of the food and beverage manager include managing food and beverage operations and standards, adhering to budgets, hiring and training food and beverage staff, and handling member complaints.
Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
- Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
- Adhering to the food and beverage budget.
- Managing daily food and beverage operations for the Clubs, restaurant, events, beverage cart and pool cabana(seasonal)
- Following food and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive member relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
- develop weekly staffing plans for the restaurant, banquets, Club social events, cabana, and on-course services, ensuring that staffing levels are in line with budgets.
- recruit, hire and train restaurant, event (banquet), and cabana staff.
- back up restaurant, cabana, and event staff as needed.
- order and inventory alcohol, mixers, restaurant and event supplies.
- know and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
Food and Beverage Manager Requirements:
− a career path in restaurant management and operations,
− extensive managerial or equivalent supervisory experience,
− a proven history of delivering high customer satisfaction, − an adequate understanding of accounting and finance,
− proficient in POS systems and other organizational software
− experience in the golf industry and a passion for the game is a bonus.
Compensation: The compensation package will include an annual salary based on experience, daily meals, and the opportunity to golf when not on duty.
